Billing
Subscription plan, conversation usage, payment method, invoices, and self-service portal for card updates or cancellation.
Open Account Settings → Billing.
Current plan
The page loads subscription data: plan name, status, renewal or trial dates, and whether cancellation is scheduled. Actions may include change plan, open customer portal, or cancel depending on integration with your billing provider.
Usage
A conversation usage component shows consumption against plan limits (for example remaining conversations). This mirrors marketing entitlements and may align with sidebar counters.
Payment method
Payment method loads when available (card brand, last four digits). Returning from an external customer portal session may refresh this block on hash #billing.
Invoices
Invoices list historical charges with amounts, dates, and links or identifiers to download or reconcile.
Cancel subscription
Cancel opens a modal with options such as end at period end vs immediate termination. Confirm only after exporting data you need; access may change when the period ends.
Exact plans, currencies, and tax lines depend on Stripe (or your stack) configuration; treat labels in the live UI as authoritative.
