You're in
Payment worked. Confirm the success screen, jump back into the app, then follow the setup guide to turn on your AI helper and website chat.
Welcome to Agenized. Stripe finished the charge and sent your browser to a success URL (often /go-live/success). This page means: we received payment and your subscription should now be attached to this account.
Confirm success
Read the headline and body text. You should see wording like payment complete, subscription active, or you are in. If you see an error or pending state instead, do not assume you are done: jump to If something doesn’t look right below.
Why this matters: until the app knows you paid, buttons for premium features may stay gray or locked.
Continue into the product
Click Continue, Go to dashboard, Open app, or the main button on the page. That should take you to the normal merchant home (often Dashboard or the first screen you see after login).
What to do next: your goal is no longer paying. It is turning on chat and training the agent so real shoppers get answers.
Run the flagship setup
Open Grow on-site conversations in this help center. That guide walks you through five steps in order: create the agent, add Knowledge and Sources, turn on Actions and hand-off where needed, embed the Chat Widget on your site, then optionally tune proactive messages.
You do not have to finish in one sitting, but do not skip the widget install if your main goal is on-site chat.
If something doesn’t look right
You paid, but the app still asks you to subscribe or upgrade? Work through this list top to bottom:
Refresh session
Press refresh on the browser tab. If nothing changes, click your profile / account menu, log out, then log in again with the same email you used at checkout.
Plain explanation: sometimes the browser still holds an old “not paid yet” cookie until you reload or sign in again.
Check billing
Open Billing inside the app. Look for active plan, next invoice date, or payment method on file. If the page says no subscription or past due, the UI will often keep blocking features until that is green.
If you use more than one Agenized login: make sure you are in the workspace that owns the subscription (ask your admin if unsure).
Contact support
Forward or paste your Stripe receipt email, or copy the invoice number and payment time from it. If Stripe shows a session id or receipt link, include that too.
Why: support can look up the charge in seconds and attach it to the correct account if something was mis-linked.
