Pick your plan

See what each plan includes, pick monthly or yearly billing, pay safely with Stripe, then return to the app to set up your AI helper and website chat.

You are on the plan and payment screen because your account needs an active subscription (or you chose to change plans). The goal is simple: pick a plan, pay once, then use every feature your plan includes. Open Go live from the top of the app or from any Subscribe / Upgrade link you see.

Open Go live

In the merchant app, go to Go live. If you do not see it, look for Subscribe, Upgrade, or Billing in the header or account menu. This page lists all plans you are allowed to buy for your workspace.

What you should see: a row or grid of plan cards, each with a price and a short list of what is included.

Compare plans

Read each card slowly. Compare limits (users, messages, channels, store features: the exact labels depend on your product version) and pick the tier that matches how big you are today with a little room to grow.

Tip: the cheapest plan is not wrong if it matches your volume. You can usually upgrade later from Billing.

Choose billing cycle

If you see Monthly and Yearly, click the one you want before you pay. Yearly is often a lower effective monthly price but is paid up front for the year.

What you should see: the dollar amount on the card updates when you switch the toggle.

Complete checkout

Click Choose plan, Continue, or the main Buy button on the card. The app opens Stripe Checkout (a secure payment page). Enter card details (or the payment method Stripe shows), confirm, and wait until Stripe says success.

Do not close the tab until you are sent back to Agenized or see a clear success message. If something fails, read the red error text on Stripe and try again, or use another card.

Land on success

After payment, the app should send you to You're in (a short welcome screen). From there, open Grow on-site conversations and set up agent, widget, and the rest step by step.

If you land somewhere else: check Billing to confirm the plan shows as active, then start the setup guide anyway.

Find the plan that fits

Plans are loaded automatically from our billing system, usually sorted from lowest to highest price. Each card is meant to answer: what do I get and what are the main limits. There is no hidden screen: everything you need to decide should be visible on the card or in the feature list under it.

Pay monthly or yearly

Use the Monthly / Yearly control before checkout. Monthly bills you each month and is easier to cancel or change short term. Yearly charges once per year and is often discounted compared to twelve separate monthly charges.

Check out securely

Payment runs on Stripe, not on a random form inside our app. You enter card (or wallet) details on Stripe’s page, then Stripe tells our backend that payment succeeded. After that, your Agenized account should unlock the features in the plan you bought.

If Stripe shows declined, 3D Secure failed, or network error, fix that first (different card, bank app approval, stable internet). Our app cannot force a card through if Stripe rejects it.

After you pay

You should end on You're in (URL often ends in /go-live/success). That page is only there to confirm the subscription and send you back into the product. Your next job is setup, not another payment.
