Open Contacts.

Table

Rows show each contact with identifiers your columns define (name, email, source, updated time, status). Use column actions to open the detail page or trigger archive, restore, or delete.

Filters

Open the filter menu to combine:

• Status: for example active vs all (backend parameter aliases may differ; follow the labels in-app).
• Search (q): matches relevant contact fields.
• Date range: created or updated window using from / to dates.

Filter changes refetch the current page.

Pagination

Results are paged with a fixed page size. Move between pages with the pagination control at the bottom.

Delete and archive

• Archive / restore move contacts in and out of archived views without permanent removal.
• Delete opens a confirmation. When offered, choosing to delete associated conversations removes threads linked to that contact, use only when you intend to erase history.

Notifications confirm success or show API errors.

Open a contact

Click the row or view action to navigate to /contacts/{contactId}. See Contact detail.
