Open Settings

Select your Custom Email channel from Channels, then open Settings.

Typical configuration

• Mail server credentials: IMAP for inbound, SMTP for outbound (exact fields depend on your host).
• Identity: From name/address behavior as exposed in the app.
• Routing: Which agent or route handles new threads.

If the product shows Connection lost, re-authenticate or update credentials using the in-app prompts.
