Open Settings

When Instagram is available, select the channel from Channels and open Settings.

Typical configuration

• Meta / Instagram: OAuth and business assets as prompted.
• Routing: Agent or multi-route assignment for new DM threads.
• Status: Pause or archive if you temporarily stop handling Instagram in Agenized.
