Purpose
Controls here tune delivery, read semantics, or thread boundaries as implemented for Meta’s APIs. Exact toggles appear only in-app.
Messenger policy and webhook delivery can delay or drop events when pages are misconfigured, confirm Meta developer and Page settings if threads stop updating.
