Shipmondo
Connect Shipmondo to look up shipments and tracking using shop order context.
Setup
- Open Settings → Actions and find Shipmondo.
- Create connection and add API credentials from your Shipmondo account (the form shows the exact fields).
- Confirm labels in Shipmondo use order IDs or references your team will ask customers for consistently.
Supported actions

The chat UI can show structured shipment tracking when this action returns data.
