Shopify
Connect your Shopify store for order, product, cart, and fulfillment actions.
Setup
- Open Settings → Actions and find Shopify.
- Choose Create connection (or Configure) and complete the wizard.
- Provide your store domain (for example
your-store.myshopify.com) and credentials as prompted, typically a Custom App or private app Admin API access token with the scopes required for orders, products, and customers. - Use Test if the UI offers it, then save.
Rotate keys if staff leave or you migrate the store. Exact field labels follow the live form.
Supported actions
These are the built-in Shopify tools agents can enable per agent under Agents → Actions:

| Get Order Tracking | Tracking numbers and links from fulfillments. |
| List Recent Orders | Recent orders for a customer email. |
| Get Product Details | Product by ID. |

| Get Payment Gateways | Available payment methods in the store. |
| Get Shipping Zones | Shipping zones (often used before shipping methods). |
| Get Shipping Methods | Methods for a zone the customer selects. |
| Create Order | Create an order and payment/checkout flow (money-moving). |
| Manage Cart | Add/remove cart lines and move toward checkout. |
| Cancel Order | Cancel after email verification. |
| Send Order Email | Resend confirmation or order email. |
| Add Order Note | Add an internal or customer-visible note. |
| Create Coupon | Create a discount code. |
| Refund Order | Partial or full refund (money-moving; rate-limited). |
Money-moving actions (create order, refund) should stay disabled until your team is comfortable with guardrails and Agents → Safety settings.
