Shopify

Connect your Shopify store for order, product, cart, and fulfillment actions.

Setup

  1. Open Settings → Actions and find Shopify.
  2. Choose Create connection (or Configure) and complete the wizard.
  3. Provide your store domain (for example your-store.myshopify.com) and credentials as prompted, typically a Custom App or private app Admin API access token with the scopes required for orders, products, and customers.
  4. Use Test if the UI offers it, then save.

Rotate keys if staff leave or you migrate the store. Exact field labels follow the live form.

Supported actions

These are the built-in Shopify tools agents can enable per agent under Agents → Actions:

Create CouponCreate a discount code.
Refund OrderPartial or full refund (money-moving; rate-limited).

Money-moving actions (create order, refund) should stay disabled until your team is comfortable with guardrails and Agents → Safety settings.
