On your Chat Widget channel detail page, select Playground.

What it’s for
Playground starts (or reuses) a test conversation bound to this channel so you can:
- Confirm routing hits the intended agent.
- See streaming responses and rich payloads (cards, widgets) as customers would.
- Iterate on Appearance and Chat view settings, then refresh behavior here.
Agent-level testing also exists under Agents → Playground; channel Playground is scoped to this widget’s keys and configuration.
